SAN FRANCISCO, July 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hatch Design appointed their leadership team beginning two years ago and the effort has proven successful. Kat Karpati, director of client services, joined Hatch in April 2014. Kat was previously an account director at Venables Bell and Partners and prior to life on the West Coast, was at Arnold Worldwide. Bonnie Powers, managing director, had previously been MD at Redscout, New York and Cahan & Associates, San Francisco; she moved from Los Angeles to join Hatch in August 2014. Nicole Flores, associate creative director, started in November 2014, having previously been a designer and art director at notable agencies such as Goodby Silverstein and Partners, Hybrid Design and Office.
